Visa on Arrival / e-VOA
Eligible nationalities can get a 30-day visa on arrival for IDR 500,000, which can be extended once for another 30 days. Apply in advance on the official immigration portal (evisa.imigrasi.go.id) to save time at the airport, and avoid look-alike sites.
Tourist levy
Since February 2024, foreign tourists pay a Bali levy of IDR 150,000 per person per visit. Pay through the official Love Bali website or app, or at counters on arrival.
Passport
Your passport should be valid for at least six months from arrival with blank pages, and you may be asked for an onward ticket.
Arrival card and customs
Indonesia uses an electronic customs declaration (e-CD) and, from 2025, the All Indonesia arrival card; check the official portal before you fly.
Rules change
Visa fees and lists of eligible countries change. Always confirm on official government sources.
